Paul has served as a Director of the Foundation for over twenty years and has chaired various committees. A San Francisco native, Paul’s early ambitions as a marine biologist were altered when he took a part-time job and became the youngest licensed yacht broker in California. After a ten-year hiatus from the marine industry Paul co-founded KKMI in 1996, a company that offers sales and services to the maritime community. Paul’s passion for all things nautical and his real concern for environmental protection led him to become a Director of the American Boat Builders and Repairers Association and their Clean Maritime Certification Program.
