Mike started sailing as a boy in SoCal and settled in San Francisco after being a member of the UC Berkeley sailing team and falling in love with the Bay. He has been a member of the StFYC for over 30 years and was an active one-design sailor in the Cal-20, J-24 and Etchells fleets and an active board sailor while building his business career in real estate. Mike recently joined the Advisory Board of the Foundation and is committed to supporting its important mission and giving back to the sport. He is Sr. Managing Partner and President of Carmel Partners, a real estate investment company headquartered in San Francisco.
